Had real good stay for a business trip. Well heated room with a balcony, knowledgeable staff — everything was very good. Having a personal safe, an air conditioning, and an iron was very convenient. The location was magnificent, relatively near Hekimoglu Ali Pasa Mosque. You could walk to shops and a supermarket. I did not want to leave there, so recommend this hotel.

The room was nicely heated, spotlessly clean with two comfortable king-size beds, an excellent shower, and a lovely balcony, and the service was impressive.

The staff were super cool and helped us plan our adventures to the Blue Mosque and Taksim Square. The room was huge and the bathroom was lit! Housekeeping kept it spotless, no lie. The location was dope, just a quick tram ride away from all the sick sights. Would def book again, no cap!
The only thing we wished for was a sick party scene at the hotel. It would've been lit to have a rooftop bar or a chill lounge where we could turn up with our squad.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were so friendly and welcoming, offering me a cup of black tea as soon as I arrived. They even gave me an extra hour for check-out, which was perfect after running a half marathon and needing a shower. the breakfast spread was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious food options. And the best part was the free upgrade to a luxurious room! It was spacious and comfortable, offering me a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The poor WiFi connection in the room. It was a bit inconvenient as I could only connect near the door.

The guestrooms at Hotel Grand Umit are amazing! They have cozy seating areas to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the beds are super comfy with premium bedding. I couldn't ask for more as a nature lover like me!
Honestly, I didn't really enjoy the showers in the rooms. It's just my personal opinion though, others might find them perfectly fine.

Great value for the price, with good location, close to public transportation and major thoroughfares. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The internet connection was reliable with no annoying logins or timeouts. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the daily room service was satisfactory. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. They offered free tea and coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation that took me directly to the city center and the airport. the buffet breakfast at the hotel was delicious and offered at a great price.
The noise from other guests, especially in the early morning, was a bit bothersome. Another downside was the lack of clarity on the payment method before my trip, as the hotel required cash only.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing a five-star service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to trams, trains, and buses. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay.
The breakfast, although good, lacked variety and became repetitive. it would have been helpful if the hotel had clarified its payment requirements in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
